Weekly Training Sessions

 

Training sessions are held year-round on either the roads, grass, trails or track depending on the time of year and running goals. Training sessions are held on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6 pm at the Oakwood High School track. span>

 

Training sessions venue, distance, and intensity are determined by the time of year, a runners fitness level, running goals, as well as the local and regional racing schedules.

Coaches and Training Advisors

 

Our Coaches and Training Advisors will be able to answer your running and training questions. If you have fears of being left behind, don’t! No one is ever left behind during training sessions.

 

Weekly Track Workouts

Weekly track sessions are currently being held on the Oakwood High School track. Track sessions are held on Monday and Wednesday evenings. The warmup begins promptly at 6pm. Track sessions last approximately one and a half to two hours.
